The Brooklyn Brewery House Chef will be hanging out amongst fresh produce and fairly raised meat on Saturday morning. Sourcing ingredients from the person that is responsible for their existence is just about his favorite thing. Right after cooking them. Andrew'll be cooking up some of his favorite finds from the market, serving samples and talking beer pairings. Stop by for a snack and maybe a recipe.
Additionally, CCFM reports that "Poppy Tooker will be on-hand signing copies of the Crescent City Farmers Market Cookbook, and her newest book, Madame Begue’s Recipes of Old New Orleans Creole Cookery. We will also have a beautiful St. Joseph’s Day display featuring produce and baked goods from market vendors and friends, as well as information about this unique culinary tradition. Come out and join us for this fun and educational day!"
